When you need something to click.
These Conditions govern entry into and use of Composium.app and the services made available through Composium Oy.
Composium is a bounded compositional service. A person enters with something unresolved, conducts one composition through the Composium instrument, receives a resolved Composium Card, and leaves with the decision of what happens next.
By deliberately entering a composition, you agree to these Conditions.
1. Entry
Composium.app is the public port into the Composium instrument.
Encountering Composium is not the same as entering it.
Visiting a page, receiving a shared Card, following a link, encountering Composium through another person or platform, or otherwise arriving at Composium does not itself begin a composition and does not itself authorize compositional processing.
A composition begins only through deliberate entry.
The Compose action is the entry boundary.
Before an active composition begins, Composium may establish the technical conditions necessary for one bounded transaction, including session identity, authoritative time and situated place.
If those conditions cannot be established, the composition does not begin.
One entry authorizes one composition.
It does not create continuing access to the composer, continuing authority over their material, or permission for another composition.
2. Time and Place
Every composition occurs somewhere and sometime.
The complete Composium product experience is bounded to approximately 400 seconds.
Within that envelope, the active composing interval is 300 seconds. The remaining interval may be used for entry, resolution, payment, release, presentation of the Composium Card, and exit.
The authoritative composition time is established by the Composium session engine. The visible countdown is a representation of that authoritative session time.
Composium also establishes place at entry.
Where precise device location is required, the composer will be asked for permission before it is accessed. Refusing required location permission means that the situated composition cannot begin.
Time and place exist to situate the composition. They are not permission for continuous tracking, behavioral surveillance, or unrelated profiling.
Composium will not treat access to location during one composition as permission to monitor a person outside that composition.
Where a Composium Card is deliberately saved, the time and place represented by that Card may be retained as part of the Card's provenance.
3. Composition
The composer decides what enters.
Composium conducts the bounded process.
During the active interval, the composer may provide written compositional material. Composium may process that material using its configured computational and artificial-intelligence systems for the purpose of resolving the present composition.
The operation is bounded to that purpose.
Composium does not claim to determine a person's identity, diagnose them, decide their life, establish objective truth about their internal state, or obtain authority over them.
Signal is not instruction.
Inference is not intervention.
The system may distinguish, structure, summarize and compose material to produce the present composition. It must not convert that access into unrestricted inference about the person.
The composer's raw input is working material, not a Composium asset.
Composium is designed so that raw compositional material and intermediate processing are not intentionally accumulated as permanent institutional history merely because a composition occurred.
4. Processing and Providers
Composium may use specialist service providers where they are necessary to operate the transaction.
These may include infrastructure, database, artificial-intelligence, payment, authentication and security providers.
Compositional material sent to an artificial-intelligence provider is sent for the bounded purpose of conducting the current composition.
Composium's production architecture is designed toward zero-retention processing of compositional inputs and outputs by its model provider where such a configuration is contractually and technically available.
Where zero data retention is not active for a provider, the provider's actual retention rules apply. Composium will not describe processing as zero-retention unless that condition is actually in force.
Composium will minimize the material transmitted to providers to what is necessary for the relevant operation.
Provider access does not transfer ownership of the composition to Composium.
Provider processing does not create permission for Composium to use a composition for unrelated profiling, advertising, behavioral optimization, or training of a proprietary Composium model unless the composer separately and explicitly agrees to such use.
Payment processing is performed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at the transaction boundary. Payment providers process transaction information under their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.
5. Release and Payment
One Composium app composition costs €4 unless a different price is clearly shown before entry.
Composition and release are separate events.
The system may conduct the compositional operation before payment, but successful payment is the release boundary for the paid Composium Card.
A composition is not represented as commercially released merely because computational processing has occurred.
Where payment is required, the Composium Card is released only after the payment transaction succeeds.
Payment authorizes the purchased transaction. It does not by itself authorize permanent storage, publication, reuse, model training, or transfer of ownership of the composition.
Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider. Composium may retain transaction information where necessary for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, refunds, disputes, and other legal or operational obligations.
A failed or abandoned payment does not create a right to the paid release.
6. The Composium Card
The resolved product of one app composition is the Composium Card.
A Composium Card contains the resolved compositional object: Tone, Composition, Conduct — and may include its time and place provenance and the identifying information necessary to recognize the Card as a Composium object.
The Card is the canonical object permitted to leave the bounded composition.
The full internal process is not the Card. Raw input is not the Card. Intermediate model reasoning or system state is not the Card.
The composer's composition remains the composer's.
Composium retains ownership of its instrument, including its software, architecture, interfaces, methods, prompts, systems, visual language, marks, documentation and other intellectual property.
Neither entry, processing, payment, saving nor sharing transfers ownership merely by occurring.
After release, the composer determines the next crossing. The available actions may include:
- Send — externalize or share the Card.
- Save — authenticate and ask Composium to hold the Card.
- Composium — submit the Card as the starting composition for further work with Composium.
What each of these actually means and permits is governed by Composium's Conduct policy, not by this document.
Persistence is a separate act.
A composer does not need to create a Composium account merely to conduct the initial composition.
If the composer leaves without deliberately choosing persistence, Composium does not treat the ephemeral Card as a permanent Vault asset.
If the composer deliberately saves the Card, authentication establishes a continuing relationship in which Composium may retain that Card and its associated provenance until deletion, account closure, an applicable retention limit, or another lawful termination of storage.
The composer must be provided a means to delete compositions held in their account and to close the continuing storage relationship, subject to records Composium is legally required to retain.
7. Conduct, Exit and Continuing Services
Conduct means movement from resolved composition into an action chosen by the composer.
Composium does not require that action to remain inside Composium.
A composition has an endpoint.
When the transaction ends, its active timer ends, active compositional processing ends, session-scoped authority ends, and another composition requires another deliberate entry.
No completed app transaction creates indefinite access to the composer.
No friendship, prior relationship, invitation, communication channel, account, payment or previous composition creates an undefined port into another composition.
The boundary remains explicit.
A composer who wants further human conduction may choose a Composium Session.
A standard Composium Session is a separate service priced at €300 for a conducted session of approximately 90 minutes, unless different terms are clearly agreed before booking.
A Composium Session begins from a composition brought deliberately into that boundary. It is a separate transaction with its own beginning, duration and end.
Longer engagements or projects may be agreed separately. They do not arise automatically from use of Composium.app or from a Composium Session.
The same underlying principle applies throughout:
access is specific;
permission is specific;
processing is bounded;
ownership is not silently transferred;
and every composition has an exit.
Ownership and Responsibility
You remain responsible for what you choose to enter into Composium and for what you choose to do after the composition.
Do not submit material that you do not have the right to submit.
Do not use Composium to violate law, infringe another person's rights, abuse the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent payment or access controls, automate unauthorized access, or attempt to obtain another person's compositional material.
Composium may refuse, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, third parties, or legal obligations.
Composium is an instrument for composition and conduct. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other regulated professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Composium does not guarantee that a composition will produce a particular decision, outcome, commercial result, emotional state, or external consequence.
Nothing in these Conditions excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy Principle
Composium's data architecture follows a simple distinction: processing is not persistence.
The fact that information must temporarily pass through a system in order to conduct a composition does not by itself establish a right to retain that information permanently.
Composium distinguishes between:
- raw compositional input;
- temporary and intermediate processing;
- session metadata;
- payment records;
- the resolved Composium Card; and
- authenticated persistent storage.
Each class of information must have its own legitimate purpose, boundary and retention behavior.
Composium will not intentionally accumulate compositional material merely because the technical system makes accumulation possible.
Where applicable law grants rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, those rights remain available according to applicable law and Composium's Privacy Policy.
The Boundary
Composium holds its instrument so the composer can encounter their composition.
The instrument does not become the composer. The composer does not become the instrument.
A crossing occurs only through a deliberate port.
What enters, what is processed, what resolves, what persists and what leaves are separate acts.
These Conditions define that boundary.
One deliberate entry opens one bounded composition.
Place establishes where.
Time establishes when.
The composer establishes what enters.
Composium conducts the interval.
Resolution produces the Composium Card.
The composer chooses what crosses next.
Exit closes the port.

Composium.app is operated by Composium Oy, Finland.
These Conditions are governed by Finnish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the consumer's country of residence.
Additional legally required company identification, contact, registration, privacy-controller and dispute-resolution information shall be displayed with these Conditions or in the associated legal notices.
